3. Quotations and Pricing

  • Quotations: All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Any changes in the scope of work may result in adjustments to the quoted price.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on material costs and labor rates. Clients will be informed of any changes prior to service commencement.

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

    5. Warranties and Liability

    • Workmanship Warranty: We guarantee our workmanship for a period of one year from the completion date. This warranty does not cover materials or equipment, which are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
    • Limitation of Liability: Tactical Electric is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

      6. Client Responsibilities

      Clients are responsible for providing access to the work site and ensuring that the site is safe and free from hazards. Any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide access or a safe working environment may result in additional charges.

        7. Privacy Policy

        We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

        8. Changes and Cancellations

        • Changes: Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges.
        • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
